We are seeking motivated, energetic candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience leading kitchen staff in a fast paced setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 1 or more years hot line experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge of pasta, grill and/or sauté stations is a plus
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Able to lift objects up to 40 pounds frequently
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to: reporting to the Executive Chef, following provided instructions in a timely manner, ensuring inventory is readily stocked and prep station and kitchen are set up, cleaned and sanitized for each shift. Prep high quality dishes (chop vegetables, cut meant, prep sauces…etc.), plating dishes according to a restaurant menu and cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Compensation based on experience: $17-$20/hr
