Paxos Restaurants has an immediate opening for an Executive Chef in the Lehigh Valley area.
Paxos Restaurants, the company behind the upscale dining experiences at blue grillhouse, Melt, Top Cut and Torre is looking for a full-time Executive Chef to join our top notch culinary staff.
The team behind Paxos Restaurants is committed to quality food and service, making the ideal candidate a creative and experienced leader who is willing to go the extra mile for our guests.
Applicants will be considered for any of the Paxos Restaurant locations.

- Minimum of 5 years relevant chef experience
- Must have broad knowledge of high volume, upscale culinary operations
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to manage the kitchen
- Ability to maintain high quality standards in the kitchen
- Ability to keep accurate production records in order to maintain and replenish inventory
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Culinary Arts Degree strongly preferred
