Paxos Restaurants is searching for a full-time Sous Chef.

• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant chef experience
• Must have broad knowledge of high volume, upscale culinary operations
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to assist in managing the kitchen
• Ability to maintain high quality standards in the kitchen
• Ability to keep accurate production records in order to maintain and replenish inventory
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Culinary Arts Degree strongly preferred
